Okay, so, none of it is DONE, but... After months of not even touching my sketchbook, I mapped out a few drawings, and are ready for scanning. (Check the listy to see what got poked.) Three cheers, right?!

Wrong. Well. For now. This weekend was entirely devoted to building the desk for our computer room, and while it's almost finished, it still needs sanded and stained before we can begin the elaborate process of trying to hook up three computers and a printer to one outlet that's annoyingly far away from where two of the computers are going to be...

But in the end, it's coming along, and should be done by the end of the week, at the very most -- meaning we'll have everything hooked up, my nifty little "art station" set up (which won't consist of much but my art computer and tablet, for now), and hopefully, I'll have my own computer chair.

All that said, while I make no promises that I'll be off working on more drawings on the list pronto uno, I have been going through my list and noting that some of them I don't have the info for, or the links I have for the info are broken or not working or... something. So, if it isn't too much to ask, please resend the info for the drawings -- looking over what I HAVE, I have the info for Tilla, Darden, Delynni, Ameera, and N'kor.. which means I'm missing Merevan, Fyra's (her site went wonky), and A'deo. So, if you're reading this, toss me a note over dA with the info, OR email it to me; I will lose it if you send it any other way.

(Thus what happens when you stop drawing for several months, leave the country, move into a few house, and try planning a wedding.)

While I'd like to apologize for taking so long to start working on these, most of you knew what you were getting into when you requested, and how busy I've been lately, and how I went through an awesome, awesome little depressive episode; also, most of you know that if you complain about me taking too long, I remove you from the list. So, thank you for being patient with me.

But, for the record, after this, I will likely be only taking 2-3 requests at a time, or none at all. While I love drawing and love the feeling of presenting something with the finished product, and using what talent I might have to make other people happy, I lost sight of making myself happy in the process. After this batch of drawings is done, I intend to fix that.

As well as make a new journal CSS. Mrrr.
