I think I'm finally over whatever-it-was. Still was sick today, but got over it after a short nap. My sketchbook, however, is littered with failed attempts -- mainly caused by improper eye placement so many times that I scribbled frustratedly over the page and... yeah. That kinda renders the page a bit... unusable.

I have been watching SO much Stargate, lately. I swear if I don't get some fanart out of my system sometime soon, I'll implode. XD

Not much breaking news, otherwise. Valentine's Day was wonderful, much more than I expected, considering my boyfriend just believes it to be a big commercial gag-fest. But, he treated me to my desires and wrote me a very heartfelt card, got me a cheesy Canadian mug and a super expensive box of chocolates... And, of course, the white sapphire + ruby earrings that I'm too scared to wear in public right now because I have a habit of losing jewelry. XD

He also cooked my a very wonderful dinner, but in the process burnt his finger and sent the boiling liquid right below my eye. I was only one centimeter away from being blind. Alas, now all I am missing is skin. Hooray! PS: It hurts.

I'm very pleased with the outcome of Rhaeyn's drawing, so hopefully I can keep improving on that as I go. Though, once this batch of drawings is done, I may close requests down for a while to work on some Non-Pern related art for a while. It doesn't seem to draw as much attention, but I'd rather do what I wanna do then burn myself out on too much of one thing.

Also, my tongue is burnt. Apparently you aren't supposed to eat Hot Pockets right after you pull them out of the microwave. Who knew?
